Unfortunately the anti-virus checking can significantly slow down the system. The importing process slows down if I run the Outlook Import Wizard on the system where Anti-Virus installed.
Run the file named as “correct_error.bat” It should display the message about the component registration with DllRegisterServer. Use the file-manager (such as Windows Explorer) to browse to directory where Outlook Import Wizard was installed (sample: D:Program FilesOutlook Import Wizard). If this problem persists, please reinstall the Outlook and Outlook Import Wizard to refresh all components linking.
Additionally, please download the latest version of our software and reinstall it. If you just installed the Outlook, please run it for one time to initialize the user profile. Outlook installation is required for our software. Please check that you running the Import Wizard at the system where Outlook installed and configured. The Outlook Import Wizard displays error message : One of software components are missing or damaged when I press the Start button. For sample: if you have sent-items in your Inbox, move them into Sent Items folder and date will be properly displayed. Please select incorrect timestamped e-mails and move (drag) them into corresponding folder. Is this a bug? How can I convert these archives so that ALL messages are correctly sorted by date? Emails received from others are correctly date-stamped. When I open an individual message, the date I sent it is there, it is just wrong in the header in Outlook. It appears that all emails from me are incorrectly date-stamped today when I open the pst file in Outlook (2003). Created *.pst file can be opened in Outlook using menu File > Open > Open Outlook Data File… To resolve this you may import emails into new PST file instead.You have to choose the “Create new PST file” option at the last page of the wizard, specify the path and the *.pst file name then press Start button.
If the server is not allowing to import emails, there is no way to save the email body and emails became blank. This problem appears when you trying to import emails inside Outlook profile which is connected to IMAP or Exchange Server. I’ve tried to disable Windows Defender and importing while in safe mode but none of these solutions worked. Q. After several attemps to import emails with your software, all of them remain blank once in Outlook. The software functions are checked by quality assurance, but in some cases we can expect technical issues which are described below.
